PEACE IV called Making the Future - engaging rural women in the Mid Ulster Council area

RCN in partnership with National Museums NI and NIRWN wish to engage rural women in the Mid Ulster Council area, in a new programme funded by PEACE IV called Making the Future. 

It is free of charge to participate but will involve visiting museums and places of interest to look at art work developed and designed over the last 40 years. There will be a series of talks, discussions with artists, workshops, site visits etc.

RCN are holding an information session on Wednesday 27th March at RCN, 38a Oldtown Street, Cookstown at 10.30am with Donal McAnallen who is leading on the project so he can give a full insight to how the programme will run.

There will also be a possible site visit to Ebrington in Derry/Londonderry to see an art exhibition called Troubles Art on Wednesday 3rd April from 9.30am – 1.45pm, this is free of charge, transport is provided.
