Grade: Equivalent in salary terms to Deputy Principal in the Northern Ireland Civil Service
Salary: £47,304–£49,515 (new joiners normally start at the first increment of the pay scale)

About the role
The Northern Ireland Community Relations Council (NICRC) is seeking an accomplished and motivated Director of Engagement and Learning to advance its mission of building a peaceful, inclusive society founded on reconciliation and mutual trust.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director will contribute to NICRC’s corporate planning and organisational decision-making. They will also support the Chief Executive Officer in shaping policy and setting the strategic direction for their area of responsibility.
