Seminar on the needs of victims in a society coming out of conflict – comparing and learning from experience in Northern Ireland and Bosnia-Herzegovina

You are invited by Judith Thompson (Victims Commissioner) and Peter Osborne (Chair of the Community Relations Council and Chair of Remembering Srebrenica NI) to attend a seminar on the needs of victims in a society coming out of conflict – comparing and learning from experience in Northern Ireland and Bosnia-Herzegovina.  The session will include the following speakers and format:

- Survivors of the genocide at Srebrenica and conflict in Bosnia-Herzegovina 1992-1995;

- Victims Commissioner, Judith Thompson;

- Round table discussion on key issues that will also include members of the Victims Forum.

The seminar will be from 2pm-4pm on Monday 10th July in the Long Gallery at Stormont.

Please confirm attendance with CRC tpoland@nicrc.org.uk for catering and booking requirements by 12 noon Friday 30th June 2017.  Each organisation may book two places on a first come first served basis as numbers will be limited for the event.
