The project aims to put the “I” into NI. It’s designed to help people learn about Northern Ireland, and reflect on its past in a journey of discovery that will allow everyone to share stories of identity, diversity and legacy.
The education and engagement aspects of the project are aimed at children and young people new to the subject, who wish to learn about the history and legacy of Northern Ireland at school.
The project will also assist black and ethnic minority (BEM) communities who have recently arrived in Northern Ireland.
