NIHRC's ‘Out of Sight, Out of Mind: Travellers’ Accommodation in NI’ was officially launched at the beginning of March 2018. This report considered Travellers’ accommodation in NI in the context of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Article 11 (right to adequate housing). The report sets out a range of findings that are structured around the individual components of the right to adequate housing. It concludes with 45 recommendations, five of which require urgent action.
