BALLYMAC FRIENDSHIP CENTRE – HISTORY AND CULTURE EXHIBITION
The Ballymac Friendship Centre, Fraser Pass, is hosting a History and Culture on Saturday 30th September, from 11am to 4pm. A number of groups will be present including the Ulster History Forum, Junior Orange, Polish Air Force exhibition and GCT (Blitz exhibition). The centre’s own museum will also be open for tours throughout the day.
The purpose is to improve awareness of local East Belfast history and how it played a role in bigger local and world events. It is free to attend and all are welcome.
The High Sheriff has kindly agreed to attend, and the PSNI will be present to offer support and engage with the local community.
