Some of you will remember a book Mari Fitzduff (First Director of CRC) wrote in 1988 - Community Conflict Skills. The book, and parts of it, have actually been translated into at least 6 different languages - so obviously some groups found it useful!
However, all of the examples were NI examples, so Sue Williams and Mari have redone the book to use generic examples rather than just NI ones. It is now available on Amazon.co.uk for a very modest non-profit price. Some groups may find it useful.
