Ahead of Good Relations Week 2022 – "Change Starts with Us" – the Community Relations Council is committed to implementing sustainability pledges to help the environment and build a lasting legacy on the environment.
Our key pledges are:
- CRC will continue to implement its paperless office policy
- CRC will end the purchase of single use plastics
- CRC will implement a ‘Digital First’ policy for all new literature/materials
- CRC will implement its hybrid working policy, which will eliminate unnecessary journeys, reducing staff’s carbon footprint.
- CRC will consider the accessibility needs of stakeholders, and enable and support all persons to attend meetings and events in whatever form they choose
- CRC will encourage the groups we fund to keep improving their environmental credentials.
