The Assets Recovery Community Scheme (ARCS) is open for applications.

ARCS seeks applications for proposals delivered by voluntary and community sector organisations that meet the ARCS criteria – to prevent crime, and/or reduce the fear of crime.  Proposals also need to directly benefit communities, victims and or the environment.  Applications should be submitted via a project supervisor, listed on the application form and in the accompanying guidance notes.  Project supervisors will manage grant payments and progress reporting for projects whose bids are successful.

In addition, ARCS seeks applications from innovative justice projects across the statutory sector that meet the criteria of preventing crime, and/or reducing the fear of crime and are of direct benefit to communities, victims and or the environment.

Funding decisions are made by the ARCS panel.  The overall programme budget is estimated to be £700,000 and usually funds 30 - 40 projects each financial year.
