The Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) has opened its 2022-23 round of PHA-funded Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants programme.
The programme supports groups who are in need of mentoring and who can benefit from funding (up to £5,000) to deliver a project that uses community development to tackle health inequalities.
Closing date for applications: Monday 29 August 2022 at 4 PM.
Programme details
This year CDHN will consider all applications, and particularly welcomes applications from groups who are in local areas with previously low uptake (Lisburn and Castlereagh, Antrim and Newtownabbey, Omagh, Lisanelly and Crossmaglen areas) and groups who support people from LGBTQIA+, BAME and other under-represented groups.
Online and face-to-face sessions
If you would like to find out more, CDHN is holding a face-to-face information session on Tuesday 9 August from 2 PM at Laganview Enterprise Centre, Lisburn, as well as an online session on Wednesday 17 August.
