The Community Relations Council and The National Lottery Heritage Fund are organising an event to mark 10 years of The Decade of Centenaries work. The online event will explore The Decade of Centenaries as we enter the 50th anniversaries and commemorations of The Troubles.
This event will explore learning from The Decade and how to apply this to the next phase in Northern Ireland’s history.
Local historians and academics will join with some of those who have had experience using The Principles for Remembering in their work.
The event will also hear from the Speaker of the Assembly, Alex Maskey MLA, with the key note address by renowned historian Dr Éamon Phoenix.
