The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) has commissioned and provided funding for research, conducted by Rural Community Network (RCN), to hear from young people about the realities of their rural lives. They wish to understand more about what young people value, what they hope for, and what helps or limits their opportunities.
The Community Relations Council supports RCN through its Core Funding Scheme.
Participate in the study
RCN invites youth groups, schools and youth organisation to participate in the study.
They want to hear directly from young people (12 – 25) to build a deeper understanding of the realities of living in a rural area and their experience.
The survey is completely confidential.
