The Transformative Leadership Programme (TLP) is a 10-module accredited leadership training course funded by the Peace IV programme through Belfast City Council. NICVA and partners are going to deliver the course during autumn 2021.
This fully funded interface-based course with optional ILM Level 3 Accreditation is suitable for:
- Local residents
- People involved in local community / voluntary groups
- Public sector colleagues living or working in interface areas
- Political sector colleagues.
Available course dates
- West Belfast daytime course (ZOOM) starts Friday 3 Sept, 10 AM – 12.30 PM
- North Belfast evening course (ZOOM) starts Tuesday 14 Sept, 6 PM – 8.30 PM
- North Belfast daytime course (ZOOM) starts Thursday 23 Sept 10 AM – 3.30 PM
- South Belfast daytime course ZOOM) starts Wednesday 22 Sept 10 AM – 3.30 PM
- East Belfast daytime course (face-to-face) starts Tuesday 5 Oct 10 AM.
