The Junction are recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer to lead their organisation and pioneer approaches to peace building at this important time.
The Junction is supported by the Community Relations Council’s Core Funding scheme.

The salary for the post is based on NJC Scales - NJC P03 £36,371 - £39,571.
Hybrid and flexible working will be considered.
As the key post within the organisation, the Chief Executive will have lead responsibility for all aspects of the work of The Junction including: the development and coordination of programmes and community relations education and training, management of resources, and strategic collaboration.
Although The Junction is a relatively small organisation, it is nestled in the modern DiverseCity Partnership building in Derry/Londonderry alongside many other inspiring organisations. There is a synergy and collective energy within the wider partnership for collaboration, radical changemaking and reflective practice.
