Community Dialogue, in conjunction with the Rainbow Project, are organising a residential in Corrymeela.
This is a result of a successful Peace By Peace conference organised as part of Good Relations Week in September 2019. During Peace By Peace, there were conversations on multiple identities and intersectionality, which concluded with the need to develop deeper collaboration between the LGBTQ sector and the wider community and voluntary sector.
The purpose of the residential is:
- To continue and deepen conference discussions that arose out of the recent Peace By Peace conference.
- Agree how different sectors can work together to engage wider society in building a future accommodating our diversity.
- Explore the need for a broader equality and intersectional agenda linking all Section 75 categories.
