Leadership and Community Relations in Northern Ireland

The primary purpose of this study was to explore ideas of leadership with those active in the field of community relations. We did not take that to be limited to those organisations with the words „community relations‟ in their title or even in their mission statements; having discussed the project with the Community Relations Council we decided to go as broad as possible to include all those - voluntary, community and statutory – whose activities revolve around relations between the two main communities.
