Aims and Objectives

The aim of the Trust is to realise the leadership potential of young people in the building of a shared and better society.

The objectives are to help young people to

• Learn about themselves and others
• Clarify what their contribution to society might be
• Develop their capacity to carry this out
• Provide opportunities to lead similar learning with others

Projects and Activities

The Trust has three main programmes;

• 'Explore'; International Leadership Programme;
• 'Future Voices' follow up programme run by young people;
• 'Together' civic dialogue and learning programme delivered in Northern Ireland schools.

All three programmes have leadership and facilitation training for the young volunteers who deliver them.
