Aims and Objectives

To promote the development of a range of high quality early years services across Northern Ireland.
To provide support and training to staff, management committees and parents.
To support parents as first educators of their children.
To promote the rights and needs of young children.

Projects and Activities

Employ 30 Early Years Advisors across Northern Ireland working with NIPPA membership to support quality improvements.
Employ team of Community Development Workers who provide support ro Early Years Management Committees.
Operate as an Intermediary Funding Body for Peace I and II.
Managed cross-border rural child care project funded by Inter Reg.
Developing a respecting difference project with PII to support young children and their families develop attitudes of respect to others.
