Panarts aims to effect change by encouraging respect for cultural diversity and an understanding of cultural traditions throughout the innovative use of the performing arts.
Its objectives are:
To promote cross-cultural arts projects; To facilitate contact between indivdiuals and groups in a creative and unthreatening environment; To encourage dialogue through workshops and seminars; To develop skills in training and educational initiatives; To establish national and international exchanges.
