GasMedia Trust will host its innovative JustUs Training the Trainer Programme for youth workers, teachers and freelance facilitators later this year, details below:
JustUs Training the Trainer Programme
Venue: Millenium Forum, Derry
Dates: Thursday 19th & Friday 20th of October 2017
Time: 9.15 am to 5 pm

Numbers are restricted to 16 people and the training is free to successful applicants.
About the JustUs Workshop Education Programme
JustUs is an innovative, multi-perspective workshop based education programme purposely designed for young people living here. It will be delivered by youth workers and teachers in safe educational spaces and addresses legacy and other tension-laced identity issues (sectarianism, racism, sexuality etc.) that involve our young people with a view to defusing their potential to erupt into violence.
JustUs was developed under the direction of a team of educationalists led by Dr Alan McCully at the School of Education, University of Ulster @ Coleraine.
