Members and friends of the Northern Ireland Inter-Faith Forum are advised of an interesting inter-faith event organised by the Turkish Muslim organisation NI-TECA in association with the Irish School of Ecumenics (ISE).

Members and friends of the Northern Ireland Inter-Faith Forum are advised of an interesting inter-faith event organised by the Turkish Muslim organisation NI-TECA in association with the Irish School of Ecumenics (ISE).   

The title is “Jesus in our Hearts”, with speakers from Muslim and Christian traditions.  It will be held at the ISE Northern Ireland base, 683 Antrim Road, Belfast 15, on Thursday 22nd February from 7.30 to 9.30 pm.  “Participants from Christian and Muslim communities look at the message of Jesus and understand him from different perspectives.”

The speakers are Dr. Suleyman Nalbant of NI-TECA; Dr. Johnston McMaster of the ISE; and Dr. Ihsan Yilmaz, of the SOAS at the University of London.
