Development Officer wanted for the European Programme

Part-time 21 hours (3 days per week) Fixed term contract to 31st December 2012 - may be extended subject to funding.

The Community Relations Council (CRC), working in collaboration with Pobal(RoI), has been designated a development and support body by the European Commission via the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) to assist in the development and delivery of locally based Peace and Reconciliation Plans funded under Priority 1, Theme 1 (‘Building Positive Relations at the Local Level’) of the new EU Peace III Programme.

The Community Relations Council has a vacancy for a Part-time Development Officer to work in collaboration with SEUPB and Pobal(RoI) and local authorities in Northern Ireland and the Border Region of the Republic of Ireland on the development and delivery of these plans and other related work.

Completed applications must arrive at the reception of the Belfast offices of CRC no later than 12 noon Monday 6 February 2012.
