RDC is seeking to appoint 4 Non Executive Directors to its Board and invites nominations from suitable individuals who will be appointed from 1st April 2012.

Time Commitment: 1 day per month attending Board/ Sub Committee meetings (up to 15 days per annum)

Remuneration: Travel and expenses with allowances (currently under review)

Appointment Term: 3 years (with possible renewal after first term)

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate that they have the relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Where it is necessary to prepare a shortlist for interview a set criterion (as detailed within the application pack) will be applied.
