TIDES Training and Consultancy is seeking an individual for the following vacancy to be part of a committed team delivering a range of programmes.

Mediator/ Trainer

(37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

The Mediator/Trainer will assist in delivering the TIDES Training mediation services and help develop the necessary components within projects to build and sustain mediation work.They will work as part of a team to support, design and deliver accredited and non-accredited training programmes. Candidates will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and must be able to demonstrate evidence of their experience in the following;

Design, delivery and evaluation of Meditative Processes and Practice.
Community Relations and Mediation training experience
Direct delivery of accredited training programmes.

A full driving license and access to own transport are required. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week across an agreed schedule that is likely to include evenings and weekends. Flexibility is therefore essential.

The closing date for applications is 16th December at 4pm. It is anticipated that interviews will be held on the week commencing the 2nd January 2012.
