Families and communities living in rural and urban areas are being urged to make their voices heard via a series of public events exploring the best way forward for local schools.

"Our Children - Their Education" brings local
people and educationalists together with elected
representatives to explore how the education system
might be designed to meet the challenges of budget cuts
and a rapidly changing world. Following on from a
successful first event at Corick House, Clogher, a number
of follow up events will be taking place on:
Thursday 26 January - Ballynahinch
Thursday 9 February -Armagh
Thursday 23 February - Location t.b.c
Thursday 22 March - Location t.b.c
Thursday 29 March -Antrim
Thursday 14 June - Belfast
