With each successful venture there has been a steadily growing demand from others to join this informal circle of collaborative work, sharing and networking. The time seems right to begin to formalise the widening circle to make room for everyone who wants to join, and to create a wider democratic ownership of the circle. Who is this conference for? This conference is for anyone working or volunteering in the field of race and ethnicity, who is interested in shared knowledge and collaborative work. What will happen at the conference? 1. The Conference will provide an opportunity to work together on the following themes: - Strength in Rights - Strength in Influence - Strength in Diversity - Strength in Unity The above group work will give participants an opportunity to share experiences and feedback from these will help us shape our Conference Report on your behalf. 2. The conference participants will agree how to take forward the Stronger Together Initiative.
