The Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) will once again be running a programme this year on Managing Change, Managing Conflict and Investors in People starting on Wednesday 30 November. This focused and practical programme will develop the change management and conflict management skills of managers and help ensure more successful change implementation. It will also help organisations wishing to attain the Investors in People Standard as a public recognition of good organisation and people management practice.

An introductory briefing session on the programme will be held in NICVA on Wednesday 16 November 10.00am-11.00am.

Furthermore, Seamus McGurk from DEL and Brendan Boyle, management consultant, will attend the morning session of the NICVA members' information session to discuss the programme with interested parties. This event will be taking place on 27 November at the Navan Centre, Armagh (see article 2 above for further details on the members information session).
