Since 1992 Springboard has been working in the areas of capacity building, diversity work and promoting peace, in particular with young adults who face disadvantage.

Springboard is seeking to recruit new members to join their Board. Applications are especially welcome from people with professional expertise in the one or more of the following areas:

• service delivery
• marketing
• policy development
• business development.
