Culture Change or Culture Shock? Trauma Recovery Network Seminar

THURSDAY 23RD JUNE 2011

NICVA,DUNCAIRN GARDENS BELFAST

Our latest Trauma Recovery Network seminar focuses on a key issue for most groups working with survivors of trauma in relation to future sustainability, organisational change and impact on service provision. With the challenge of a new Service looming and as current reductions in core costs hit hard this seminar will examine the strengths and limitations of tendering and service level agreements through a practical based approach.

Our speakers will outline their own experiences and expertise in this field from many different perspectives and delegates will have the opportunity to engage in open discussion and debate.
