Community Relations Council invites you to the Annual Policy Conference

22 April 2011

Reconciling the Books: the economic case for sharing

About The Conference

As we enter into a new mandate for the Assembly and Executive and at a time of significant fiscal constraints, the need to invest in a sustainable peace has become urgent.

This year’s annual community relations conferenceprovides the opportunity for a vitaland groundedeconomicdebate around the development of an economy that realises greater savings, prosperity and aresilient peace through enhanced sharing and addressing the impact of the conflict.

The conference will provide a platform for discussion, analysis and exploration of the economic and societal challengesand opportunities for communities, business, housing, education, policing, children and young people.

It will also ask where we need to invest to achieve our goal of an inclusive, reconciled and cohesive society
