“From Tragedy to Triumph” Jewish and Muslim Culture Discussion Event Flags & Emblems: How Symbols Mark our Identities

“From Tragedy to Triumph”

Guest Speaker: Richard Moore, Founder of Children in the Crossfire and author of “Can I give him my eyes?”

On 9th March, in Farset International, Springfield Road, Belfast from 7.30-9pm.

Richard is an inspirational speaker who will talk about how he coped with being blinded by a rubber bullet when he was 11 and how he has used this experience in a positive manner throughout his life.

Jewish and Muslim Culture Discussion Event

This will be an opportunity to find out more about the Jewish and Muslim cultures and ask questions related to this and the chance to participate in a meaningful discussion.

On 14th March at the Hopelink Centre, Belfast from 7-9.30pm. Speakers are Dr Katie Radford and Hassan Sami Mansour.

Flags & Emblems: How Symbols Mark our Identities

An opportunity to find out more about the meanings behind flags and emblems and the chance to participate in discussion.

On 21st March at Community Change, Unit 8a, Weavers Court Business Park, Linfield Road, Belfast from 7-9pm. The speaker is Dr Dominic Bryan (QUB).
