Junior Minister Gerry Kelly has joined local celebrities and guests representing minorities in Stormont to help launch the new poster campaign and to acknowledge the support Unite against Hate has received from various individuals, organisations and groups across Northern Ireland.
Minister Kelly told the guests at the Parliament Buildings launch: “Solidarity is the best way to fight racism, homophobia, transphobia, disability hate, religious hate and sectarianism. There have always been those prepared to champion the oppressed, bullied and frightened. Together all of us can defeat it. Together all of us can say no to hate”.
