This workshop will involve between 2 and 4 trainers working with no more than 30 participants
Our suggested areas of exploration are: 

Self-care in challenging situations;

Workshop looking at practical methods for reducing or managing stress in difficult situations

Learning from failure – defining success;

An opportunity to step back from our work and look at what works and what doesn’t

We are also interested in exploring the following themes:

Spirituality and faith in peace-building;

Exploring the new questions of peace-building in Ireland

There will be other workshop opportunities during this event focused on maintaining our personal energy, strength and enthusiasm for this work.
