The Traveller Focus Week 2010 organised by the Equality Commission and An Munia Tober be launched in George’s Market on 29 November with Pavee Céilidh event to celebrate Irish Traveller culture and history and to promote an awareness of Travellers´ equality issues.
. Along with music and performance there will be a number of zones such as Health, Employment and Education, Culture/Heritage and Children. Other events will include Changes and Choices in Navan Centre, Armagh and Advancing Travellers’ Human Rights through Litigation seminar on 1 December and All Ireland Traveller Health Study event in Malone House, Belfast on 2 December.
