Guest speaker is Iris Archuleta, California, who will talk about the Youth Intervention Network project she’s developed in Antioch, CA, and the model she has developed entitled ‘Building High Performing Communities’. Iris is consultant with Emerald Consulting (www.emeraldconsulting.com) and a former Police Crime Prevention Commissioner.
