A SHARED FUTURE CONFERENCE

This conference is taking place during Rural Life Week which runs from the 20th to 26th March 2006.

It has been one year since the Government launched the document Shared Future: The Policy and Strategic Framework for Good Relations in Northern Ireland.

RCN shares the vision of this policy and the underlying principle of a more shared and inclusive society. This conference aims to promote a Shared Future by initiating, encouraging and developing dialogues around the practical steps and actions that need to happen to achieve progress on a shared future.

  • Keynote speaker is Duncan Morrow, Chief Executive of the Community Relations Council
  • Billy Gamble, Head of Good Relations and Reconciliation Unit, OFMDFM
  • Avila Kilmurray, Director, Community Foundation NI
