SERC (South Eastern Regional College) Students Union has been shortlisted for the nationwide NUS Awards 2010, which has seen the largest amount of entries to date and also the highest calibre of nominations across the board.
After a mammoth ten hours of judging meetings, NUS Awards judges have finally made their decisions and have whittled the 350 entries down to a shortlist of just three per each of the eleven categories. SERC SU has been shortlisted for the Equality and Diversity Award, together with Leeds Metropolitan University SU and SU University of the Arts London. SERC SU application included partnership with the Unite against Hate. The Award ceremony will take place at Warwick University Students' Union on Thursday, 1 July.
