A full day course designed from a service provider’s perspective to enable organisations and workers to develop greater competence in working with members of the Muslim community will take place in the Belfast Islamic Centre on the 15 and 16 March 2010. Training will be delivered by Chief Advisor on Race and Religion Policy to Welsh Assembly Alyas Karmani. Sheikh ANWAR MADY, the Imam of Belfast Islamic Centre will explain the role of the Mosque and some key concepts in Islam. A women speaker will discuss the role of the women is Islam.
