As part of Anti-Racist Workplace Week, the Chinese Welfare Association NI, in conjunction with the Polish Association NI, is celebrating the changing faces of the Chinese and Polish communities in the workforce. This event follows on from the last year’s successful awards and looks set to be an annual event.
No matter what an individual’s job title or area of work, all Chinese and Polish employees play an important role in creating a positive work ethic and diverse workforce in Northern Ireland. Equally both small and large organisations from public, private and community/voluntary sectors have created a culture that embraces diversity and positively impacts on society.
