What does a shared future look like for Northern Ireland? What does Northern Ireland need in terms of leadership to make sure we get there?

Can we as a society agree on the answer to the above questions? Is it important that we do agree? Do we really want a shared future? Are we happy to be held back by polarised politics, bureaucracy, regulation and the past? Do we want out of the ‘waiting room’ that we find ourselves in?
