Ten years and one day since the release of the Patten Report on Policing, the NI Community Relations Council and the Institute of Governance, Queen’s University Belfast invite you to attend a jointly hosted Colloquium entitled:

The aim of the Colloquium is to both commemorate the process of change in policing in NI and look at how the lessons learnt can help us build a NI public sector on the basis of a shared, rather than a divided, society.

The Colloquium will be of interest to policy makers and those with a specific interest in public sector change in the context of reconciliation and conflict transformation.

The keynote speaker will be Chief Inspector of the Garda Síochána Inspectorate, Katheen O’Toole.

Panel members on the day will include Dr Maurice Hayes, Peter Smyth QC and Peter Sheridan former PSNI Assistant Chief Constable and now Chief Executive Co-Operation Ireland.
