Summer Play Scheme

10-21 August 2009

We would like to invite your children aged 6-13 to take part in our fun filled Summer Play Scheme.  Our scheme welcomes children from all ethnic backgrounds, with and without disabilities.

The first week (10-14 August) will take place in Morton Community Centre, the second week (17-21 August) in North Queen Street Community Centre.

Daily sessions run Mondays to Fridays from 10.00am – 3.00pm and include:

  • Arts and Crafts workshops,
  • Sports and Physical Activities
  • Team Games
  • Trips and Outings to Interesting Places in Northern Ireland and a big extravaganza celebration of diversity with lots of surprises, music and foods from different countries, and children’s performances on the last day.

Our summer scheme is free of charge; the only commitment you would have to make is to send your children for the duration of the two week programme, and to provide them with a packed lunch every day.
