Notice to Consultants The Community Relations Council invites tenders from consultants to undertake a comprehensive governance audit of groups working with victims and survivors and funded through the Council’s Victims Programme, including: 1 Core Funding Scheme for Groups working with Victims + Survivors, and 2 Victims + Survivors Groups Development Grant Scheme.

DSD’s “Setting Standards, Improving Performance – best practice in finance and governance in the voluntary and community sector” will be used as the main benchmark for this work.
