The Community Relations Council (CRC) welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the consultation on the proposed development of the Crumlin Road Gaol and Girdwood site. We believe that this site represents the most promising opportunity currently available to change perceptions and experience in one of the most divided and deprived areas of Northern Ireland - North Belfast.
